Description

LS-Ti-1 is a kind of adsorption material which is mainly used for Lithium Extraction from Alkaline Systems, such as Carbonated brine, and mother liquor of deposition lithium.

Product Characteristics

1. It is suitable for Lithium Extraction from Alkaline Systems, including mother liquor of deposition lithium, carbonated brine, alkaline wastewater of electrode materials, etc which fills the application shortage of Aluminum-type adsorbent; 

2. It has advantages of Low dissolution loss rate, stable performance, excellent anti-pollution, and long service life; 

3. It has large adsorption capacity, for instance, the adsorption capacity is over 10mg/g under circumstance of lithium content at 1,000mg/L for mother liquor of deposition lithium.

Precautions

1. The adsorbent should be used in the adsorption column, and the equipment should be cleaned before adsorbent loading, to prevent harmful substances from polluting the adsorbent. 

2. Before contacting with adsorbents, impurities of the solution should be removed & filtrated, so as not to pollute the adsorbent. If the shutdown time were long, the adsorbent should be fully desorption, rinsed clearly, and soaked in the salt solution (NaCl ≥10%).
