Job responsibilities

1. Conduct market research and investigation, build sales platforms, and develop marketing strategies;
2. Establish an efficient and pioneering sales team, and lead the team to achieve the company's sales goals;
3. Manage and expand sales channels to achieve effective customer growth and increase market share;
4. Manage and maintain customer relationships, enhance customer satisfaction, and achieve customer retention;



Job requirements

1. Age range from 30 to 40 years old, college degree or above, major in marketing, management, automation or related fields;
2. More than 3 years of experience in mechanical equipment sales and 2 years of experience in team management. Priority given to clients with brand cooperation experience:
3. Having the ability and experience to build a sales system and team from scratch, and possessing excellent leadership skills;
4. Having excellent communication skills, interpersonal skills, market analysis and development abilities, strong pressure resistance, and a sense of responsibility and mission.
